From 2012 I’ve managed to successfully implement Behavior-Driven Development in different teams and groups of teams. But it became a Peak, conquering which required completely different approach, than usual and much more time. Hard and long months of intense preparation of infrastructure, tools, processes and moreover people. Nowadays I can that if the iceberg defeated Titanic, we are ready to defeat the iceberg. And not the exact one, but all the icebergs, which can appear with new valuable opportunities for our clients. I want to describe what we’ve create with the help of a pen, visual metaphor of A0 format, and Roger’s Zhelyazny Black Sister (spoiler!) at Winter COMAQA Conference.
